Surgery-‘obsessed’ Julia Medeiros has spent more than £15K on procedures including vaginal reconstruction and facelifts — but the Kylie Jenner lookalike still isn’t ‘satisfied’

A woman who’s forked out thousands of pounds to look like Kylie Jenner has admitted she’s still not happy with the results as she opened up about her “obsession” with going under the knife.

Brazilian model Julia Medeiros, who now lives in Miami, has spent £15,800 on surgeries that have seen her compared to the US reality star.

But she claims she’s “not feeling satisfied”, despite insisting she “looks much prettier in person”.

Julia’s surgery addiction has even seen the 22-year-old splash £8,000 on a controversial vaginal reconstruction surgery, all so she could lose her virginity “for a second time” after her first experience left her disappointed.

The expensive habit doesn’t make much of a dent on her bank account though, with the influencer raking in £31,000 a month flogging racy content on OnlyFans.

Her most recent stint under the knife has seen her splurge even more cash for a facelift to make her look more like other influencers.

But after the surgery, she realised she still wasn’t happy with her appearance.

“I constantly compared myself with other influencers and felt that my face and body were not beautiful enough. I decided to have a facelift to correct these imperfections,” she said.

She added: “[But] I still didn’t feel satisfied with my appearance – I realised that the problem was not in my face or body, but in my distorted view of myself.”

Despite recognising surgery won’t fix her self-image problems, Julia has no plans on stopping.

She intends to get more work done, explaining she believes it’s a necessary step to stay “perfect” in old age.

She said: “My friends and family [have] never said anything about my surgeries.

“I plan to have more surgeries in the future; there’s always something that bothers us about our bodies, right?”

She insisted her cosmetic procedures are always “well-thought-out” and she always attempts non-invasive methods before going on the surgical table.

Revealing what she plans to have done next, she added: “I think about having a breast implant in the future. Right now my breasts are natural, people think it’s silicone, but it’s not.

“And of course, when I’m older I’m going to have a lot of facelift(s) and neck surgeries.”

Julia has more than 100,000 followers on Instagram, where she regularly poses in tiny ʙικιɴιs and тιԍнт dresses in stunning snaps.

But despite her confident appearance online, she reveals she feels far more self-conscious behind the screen.

Now she’s planning to improve her confidence by spending more time out in public, where she says she’s often reminded just how beautiful she is.

She explained: “What helps me with body dysmorphia is leaving the house, going to the club.

“When I’m there people praise me, they praise my body, that way I remember that I am beautiful. I’m much prettier in person.”
